Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality smart glasses. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • The product is damaged or broken, and there was no issue during shipping.
  • The product has been used or installed, and the original packaging is not intact.
  • The product was purchased more than 30 days ago.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request and provide the relevant order number.
  2. We will review your request within 3 business days after receiving the return application.
  3. Once approved, please follow our return instructions to send the product back.
  4. After the product is received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed and returned to your payment account within 7 business days.
