Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality smart glasses. If you receive a
product that is defective or not as described, you can request a refund within
30 days of receiving the product. The following situations are not eligible for
a refund:
- The product
is damaged or broken, and there was no issue during shipping.
- The product
has been used or installed, and the original packaging is not intact.
- The product
was purchased more than 30 days ago.
Refund Process
- Submit a refund
request and provide the relevant order number.
- We will
review your request within 3 business days after receiving the return
application.
- Once
approved, please follow our return instructions to send the product back.
- After the
product is received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed and
returned to your payment account within 7 business days.
